Permanent Civil Attorney
We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Civil Attorney to join our legal team. This position offers the opportunity to engage in a broad range of civil litigation matters, working closely with highly skilled attorneys to manage and drive a variety of civil cases from start to finish. Responsibilities
Represent clients in all stages of civil litigation, including pre-trial preparation, discovery, settlement negotiations, trial, and appeals.
Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and settlement agreements.
Advise clients on legal rights and obligations, helping them understand potential implications of different strategies.
Collaborate with team attorneys to develop and implement effective strategies aligning with client goals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and precedents, applying them to further client interests.
Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and ethical practice at all times.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney focused on civil litigation.
Proven track record of successfully managing and driving civil cases from start to finish.
Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to advocate for clients’ interests.
Strong negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve favorable settlements.
High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to uphold highest standards of practice.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
Willingness and ability to stay up‑to‑date with relevant legal changes.
