Our client is a boutique full service law firm located in Huntingdon Valley. A Bit About Us Our client is seeking an experienced Trust & Estate Attorney to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience handling a broad range of estate planning and administration matters, including complex drafting, trust funding, probate filings, and fiduciary guidance. Key Responsibilities Draft and implement sophisticated estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives. Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on wealth preservation, tax planning, and asset protection strategies. Handle all aspects of trust and estate administration, including probate proceedings, estate accountings, fiduciary responsibilities, and tax filings. Communicate effectively with clients, beneficiaries, accountants, and financial advisors. Conduct legal research and stay up to date on developments in estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax laws. Supervise and support paralegal staff involved in document preparation and administration tasks. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Admission in Pennsylvania and in good standing. 3+ years of relevant experience in estate planning and administration. Strong drafting skills and attention to detail. Excellent client service and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with estate planning software and probate/trust administration systems is a plus.
