Paralegal – Bankruptcy, Matrimonial Law & Commercial Litigation (Hybrid) Location:

NYC (Hybrid – Work from Home Mondays & Fridays) Type:

Permanent or Temp-to-Perm Salary:

Temp: $33–$34/hour A respected law firm practicing

bankruptcy ,

matrimonial law , and

commercial litigation

is seeking a skilled

Paralegal

with

4–5 years of experience

to join their team. This role offers flexibility, with a

hybrid work schedule

(remote Mondays and Fridays), and the opportunity for either a

direct hire

or a

temp-to-perm

arrangement. Key Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys with cases in

bankruptcy, matrimonial law , and

commercial litigation Draft and maintain

corporate minutes ,

reports ,

interrogatories , and

pleadings Support litigation processes, including

e-filing ,

discovery , and

case management Perform document review and legal research as needed Maintain and organize case files and ensure deadlines are met Requirements:

4–5 years of

paralegal experience , with exposure to

bankruptcy and litigation Computer savvy
