A boutique litigation firm in New Jersey is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join their team. In this temp-to-perm role, you will play a central part in supporting six attorneys and ensuring the smooth progression of cases from filing through trial. The ideal candidate brings expertise, organization, and initiative to complex litigation matters, working closely with attorneys, clients, and staff.

Job Function
Manage case files, discovery, pleadings, and court filings in state and federal courts. Draft, proofread, and cite-check pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents. Coordinate large-scale document productions, including e-discovery management. Assist with deposition, hearing, mediation, and trial preparation, including creating exhibits and organizing witness files. Conduct factual and legal research as needed. Serve as a point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, and vendors. Mentor junior paralegals and support staff. Job Requirements
7+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm. Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules and procedures. Proficiency with e-discovery platforms and legal research tools.
