Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Advise clients on labor agreements, manage discovery, draft legal documents, and conduct research.
Negotiate and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Represent clients in litigation, preferably plaintiff side employment law.
Qualifications
Juris Doctorate (J.D.).
Licensed by and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
1-5 years’ experience practicing as an attorney.
Previous litigation experience, preferably related to plaintiff side employment law.
Ability to review/advise on labor agreements, manage discovery, draft legal documents, and conduct research.
