A leading law firm is seeking a Labor and Employment Associate with a minimum of five years of law firm experience to join its labor and employment team in Los Angeles. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cases independently, conducting depositions, negotiating with opposing counsel, and arguing motions in court. This position offers the opportunity for partnership-track advancement and requires strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Experience in trial and employment litigation, especially class actions, is strongly preferred.
