Job Overview We are recruiting for a national plaintiff's law firm specializing in complex civil litigation. We are seeking Plaintiff Class Action Employment Attorneys with 2-6 years of experience for the Bay Area and Los Angeles offices-or fully remote with an active California license. This is an exciting opportunity for attorneys passionate about advocating for employees in high-impact wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative claims. Key Responsibilities
Litigate employment law cases on behalf of individuals and class action plaintiffs, including wage and hour disputes, misclassification, off-the-clock claims, and PAGA actions. Manage all aspects of litigation, from case evaluation and discovery to depositions, mediation, and trial preparation. Draft and argue motions, including class certification, summary judgment, and appellate motions. Conduct legal research and analysis of California and federal employment laws. Develop case strategies and provide comprehensive legal counsel to clients. Work collaboratively with partners and litigation teams to advance cases efficiently. Participate in settlement negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and trial advocacy. Qualifications
2-6 years of experience in plaintiff-side employment class action litigation, including wage & hour and/or PAGA cases. Strong litigation skills, including experience handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice. Exceptional legal writing and oral advocacy abilities. Ability to manage a complex caseload and work both independently and collaboratively. Active member of the California State Bar in good standing. Graduate of an ABA-accredited law school preferred.
