Guide fiduciaries through the administration of complex estates and trusts Prepare and file estate and gift tax returns, detailed accountings, and probate forms Create, help manage, and terminate various types of business and nonprofit entities Support litigation proceedings through drafting, research, and meeting preparation Research, analyze, and summarize law and facts relevant to client cases Effectively organize case files, records, schedules, and deadlines Proactively communicate with clients, institutions, team members, and others Qualifications
3+ years of direct experience in trusts and estates paralegal work strongly preferred (consideration may be given to extraordinary candidates with indirect experience) Juris Doctor (JD) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred but not required Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills Proficient in emerging technologies and workflows Commitment to in-office work and collegial collaboration Candidates who demonstrate the requisite experience, expertise, and skills to excel in their role will be contacted for more information or an interview.
