Manage all aspects of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, visitation rights, domestic violence, and related issues. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations to advocate for clients' rights and interests. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, orders, and agreements. Conduct in-depth legal research to support case preparation and strategy development. Provide clients with sound legal advice, keeping them informed about rights, obligations, and options. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in family law and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Collaborate professionally with colleagues, clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience; family law experience preferred. Proven track record in handling divorce, custody, and child support matters. Current license to practice law in the state. Strong litigation, research, and writing skills with the ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex documents. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clear, compassionate client service. Ability to manage a large caseload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines under pressure. Benefits
