Employer Industry: Healthcare Technology Management Why consider this job opportunity: Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Supportive and collaborative work environment Engage in strategic technology projects that impact healthcare delivery Work with cutting-edge project management tools like Project Online and Power BI Chance to contribute to the development of innovative data platforms What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Manage multiple technology projects and collaborate with respective project teams Oversee end-to-end delivery of data platform initiatives, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication Develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track project and program success Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders and provide updates to leadership Identify gaps in current processes and assist in developing more efficient project management tools and workflows What is Required (Qualifications): 5+ years of experience in project management, healthcare technology management, business management, or a related field Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, healthcare, or a related field Experience working with SaaS project management tools, customer relationship management systems, or IT ticketing systems Strong problem-solving skills and experience with change management and process improvement Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of working effectively with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Active Project Management Institute qualifying certification or related project management training Previous data platform management and healthcare technology experience Experience with Agile methodology Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box Familiarity with visual technical application design and process diagrams, preferably in MS Visio
