A leading organization seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver large-scale technology initiatives across Infrastructure and Security domains. The role involves managing multiple concurrent projects (up to $4M each), overseeing end-to-end delivery, and working closely with technical teams. This is a hands-on role requiring strong planning, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight across both waterfall and agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities: Lead planning and execution of IT infrastructure and security projects from initiation to delivery. Collaborate with sponsors and technology leaders to define scope, schedule, and resources. Proactively identify and mitigate risks; resolve issues to keep projects on track. Coordinate cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and offshore partners. Facilitate effective decision-making by aligning stakeholders and ensuring clarity on roles. Track financials, including budgeting and forecasting. Ensure benefits realization through metrics and outcome-focused delivery. Drive continuous communication to maintain transparency and alignment with governance standards.
Required Experience:
4+ years' experience managing complex infrastructure and security projects. Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) required. Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Kanban/Scrum) and hybrid delivery models. Strong capability in Microsoft Project, including resource and critical path planning. Familiarity with Microsoft collaboration tools and Visio. Insurance industry experience is a plus. Experience working across global teams and time zones.
Compensation: $60-70/hr Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
