Senior Accountant
with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in core accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in US GAAP and a proven track record in financial reporting, audit support, and international compliance. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations across multiple regions. Primarily Responsibilities Manage and maintain General Ledger activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Lead and coordinate the month-end close process, including journal entries and accruals. Develop and maintain relationship with our global accounting advisory firm Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with US GAAP. Support internal and external audit processes by providing documentation and resolving queries. Support international office operations and standalone audits Perform account reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies. Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies. Assist with international tax and compliance matters, particularly in Canada, the Middle East, and Asia. Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, tax, and legal teams to support global operations. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred). 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience. Strong understanding of US GAAP and international accounting principles. Experience with international tax and compliance is a plus. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Multinational company or public accounting background.
