IT Desktop Support Technician at Whitehall, MI. Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour. Main Duties and Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including Windows and Mac operating systems, and a range of software applications. Swap out laptops/desktops, deploy Windows 10/11, and re‑image machines from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Assist users with any logged IT related incident when called upon. Take ownership of issues by performing problem analysis and implementing temporary or permanent fixes to restore service as soon as possible; escalate incidents to other support teams when necessary. Accurately record, update, and document requests using the IT service desk system. Install and configure new IT equipment. Resolve incidents involving printers, copiers, and scanners. Maintain a first‑class level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated efficiently and appropriately. Qualifications
Previous experience as a Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or PC Technician. IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) are desirable. Application Deadline
