Role Overview
TEKsystems is hiring a Mortgage Support Associate to work with one of the largest, rapidly growing banks in the Midwest. This role supports Mortgage Loan Officers in reaching out to leads and current customers.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to mortgage customers with an adjustable rate coming up within the next 210 days.
Build a warm and effective rapport with clients and internal partners.
Provide detailed information on specific accounts and adjustable loan rates to generate interest from borrowers to speak to a Loan Officer.
Transfer potential customers to Loan Officers for the purpose of obtaining an application with the end goal of a funded loan.
Leave voicemails for those who do not answer while making 100+ phone calls per day.
Qualifications
Recent business degree (business, finance, sales, etc.) preferred, not required.
Customer service oriented with professional written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable making outbound phone calls.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
High School Diploma.
Pay & Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Benefits are subject to change and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
