Job Details
Pay: $20.00/hour
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (M–F)
Office location: N. Columbus, OH
Responsibilities
Call mortgage customers whose adjustable rate is coming up within the next 210 days.
Build warm and effective rapport with clients and bank's internal partners.
Provide detailed information on specific accounts and adjustable loan rates, with the goal of gaining interest from the borrower to speak to a Loan Officer.
Transfer potential customers to Loan Officers for the purpose of obtaining an application with the end goal of a funded loan.
Leave voicemails for those who do not answer, making 100+ outbound phone calls per day.
Qualifications
Recent business degree (business, finance, sales, etc.) preferred, not required.
Customer service oriented and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable making outbound phone calls.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
High School Diploma required.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 – $20.00/hr.
