Learning Technology Project Manager — AdventHealth. Location: Casselberry, Florida (608 E Altamonte Dr. Altamonte Springs, FL 32701). Schedule: Full Time, Hybrid. Shift: Monday - Thursday 8 am 5 pm and Friday 8 am 3 pm (2 days on site every Tuesday and Thursday). Responsibilities

The Project Manager, Learning Technology Production is responsible for managing the production of all instructional content developed by the AdventHealth Learning Technologies team. Responsible for collaborating with the Director, Learning Technologies and Lead Instructional Designers/Developers to prioritize, execute, manage the learning catalog in support of AdventHealth Central Florida Division (CFD) and associated programs/partners, including AdventHealth University, Graduate Medical Education (GME), Acute Care Services (ACS), Integrated Health Services (IHS) and Support Services. Introduces strategies and processes to increase production quality and operational efficiency in development, technical resource, and labor utilization. Functions as a campus/program expert liaison, consultant, data analyst, and counsel for the AdventHealth Learning Technologies team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, project management, production scheduling, and quality assurance. Develops comprehensive project plans for online learning content development. Coordinates with stakeholders to define project scope, set timelines, and manage budgets. Oversees the execution of content development projects to ensure timely delivery. Manages resources, including human, financial, and technological, to optimize efficiency. Reviews and tests content for accuracy, consistency, and functionality. Implements feedback loops and conducts usability testing to improve content quality. Ensures compliance with accessibility standards and best practices. Monitors project progress and addresses any issues or risks that arise. Provides regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status. Collaborates with instructional designers and developers to enhance content quality. Utilizes project management tools to track and manage project details. Develops strategies to increase production quality and operational efficiency. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you\'ll need to succeed: Bachelor\'s Required Master\'s Preferred 3 Work Experience Required Effective, professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Able to instruct, present and communicate effectively to all levels of staff including physicians, clinical, non-clinical, and executive leadership. Initiative and ability to work independently while thriving in a setting requiring collaboration and teamwork for maximal efficiency and effectiveness. Displays attention to detail that ensures follow-through on all initiatives implemented and all projects undertaken. Familiarity with current course authoring, video editing, asset management, and graphic editing tools. Support operational and strategic planning, coordinating requirements, leading teams to project completion, and integrating capabilities across multiple campuses, service lines, and departments. Strong project management skills. Ability to take projects from inception to execution, acting as the liaison between hospital leadership and Learning Technologies team personnel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to integrate the organizational educational needs into learning programs using industry and evidence-based best practices and provided software tools. Ability to develop, review, and revise learning technology\'s policies, procedures, and practice standards consistent with the organizations objectives. Ability to use LMS tools provided to generate custom usage and evaluation reports based on specified business requirements. Expertise in computer skills and desktop applications, including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel). Current knowledge of acute, hospital-based care, and national healthcare initiatives. Expertise with course authoring software and eLearning design best practices, to include basic functions, test building, graphics, and Level 1-3 interactivity. Proficient in diagram graphics software such as Microsoft Office Visio. Knowledge of database and form creation software such as Smartsheet, Asana, etc. Working knowledge of emerging software development methods, such as Agile and Scrum. If clinical, current, active State of Florida license in specialty. Preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) Preferred Certificate(s) from ATD (Association for Talent Development): Master E-Learning Instructional Designer, Scenario Based E-Learning, Test Design and Delivery, Writing for Instructional Design and Training; Certificate Preferred PgMP - Program Management Professional Preferred This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
