Partnerships Manager at Tabs. This is a role focused on growingTabs' accounting firm and fractional CFO partnerships. As an early member of the partnerships team, you’ll shape the function by developing relationships with new firms and deepening relationships with existing partner firms. You’ll educate partners on Tabs, maintain close relationships, launch strategic initiatives, and help drive business development success for the company. What You’ll Do
Nurture relationships with existing partners with a long-term mindset and help grow the number of partners from 100 to 1000 over your tenure. Source new partnerships and manage these relationships through frequent touchpoints, continuous education, and value-driving projects. Meet weekly outbound targets and quarterly business development targets. Iterate on the Tabs partner program to better position Tabs for partners and improve offerings for them. Collaborate with the GTM team to shepherd deals to close where partnerships support is needed. Prioritize feedback for the product and engineering teams. Organize and attend accounting and CFO industry events. Who You Are
Experience in commercial partnerships, sales, or business development within a high-growth startup environment. 4-10 years of experience in accounting, software partnerships, or business development. High emotional intelligence and ability to engage with external stakeholders and work cross-functionally. Creative problem solver who moves with urgency and thrives in ambiguity. Perks And Benefits
