The role will report directly to the VP Americas Finance & Global Billing integration, based in RDU, NC, and will work closely with the Americas Finance Manager. This role is part of the Billing and FP&A team, which includes Managers and Analysts, working collaboratively to deliver meaningful reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate has a strong ‘Can Do’ mindset, is willing to work with complex, interdependent processes, and is focused on continuous improvement, analytical rigor, and problem-solving to enhance processes. Key Responsibilities
Analyze Global Billing and related areas Lead remediation efforts over Global Billing processes from Order to Cash Support the Americas finance team with analysis, variance investigation, and reporting Perform QC checks and audits on ad hoc projects Conduct root cause analysis and drive resolutions for complex processes Support automation and process efficiency initiatives Additionally, the FP&A team collaborates with accounting to generate data for monthly and quarterly reporting cycles. Main Duties and Responsibilities
Deliver accurate reporting to P&L owners, central, and group stakeholders Develop models to support month-end processes Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing Participate in FP&A projects Identify profit improvement opportunities and communicate insights Leverage BI reporting tools for FP&A activities Enhance processes, especially using planning tools to reduce Excel dependency Build relationships with finance, operations, CS, and commercial teams Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed Qualifications
