We are redefining the way financial services power human potential. SoFi is building a world-class IT Asset Management (ITAM) program on ServiceNow and seeks a skilled Business Analyst to support the ITAM program. This role supports ITAM Leads to create a best-in-class ITAM ecosystem that ensures compliance, optimizes costs, and supports SoFi’s growth. Key focus areas include day-to-day operations, documentation, reporting on metrics, and coordination of annual certification campaigns. What You’ll Do
Develop the ITAM ecosystem by contributing to the ITAM program on the ServiceNow platform, establishing a compliant, cost-optimized ecosystem. Contribute to ITAM data model build and governance; assist in design, configuration, and documentation of the core ITAM data model within ServiceNow, aligned with CSDM standards. Improve data integrity and CMDB accuracy; identify gaps and implement remediation plans to enhance ITAM repository and CMDB reliability. Support day-to-day operations; ensure processes are efficient, compliant with standards, and provide timely resolution of inquiries. Provide metrics and reporting; generate regular reports and dashboards on ITAM performance and prepare leadership presentations. Support documentation and process improvement; help define ITAM policies and processes aligned with ITIL and CSDM, and identify workflow improvements. Oversee annual certification; lead hardware and business application certification processes with stakeholders for compliance and audits. Engage stakeholders and communicate effectively with Technology, Finance, and Legal to align ITAM with business needs and regulatory requirements. Champion continuous improvement; identify automation opportunities and use analytics to enhance ITAM processes and the ServiceNow platform. What You Bring
Minimum of 5 years of specialized experience as a Business Analyst in an IT Asset Management function. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to own tasks and drive them to completion in fast-moving environments. Background in Financial services or regulated industries is strongly preferred. Minimum of 3 years of direct experience supporting ServiceNow ITAM/CMDB modules (HAM Pro and SAM Pro experience preferred). Deep understanding of ITAM best practices, asset lifecycle management, and compliance frameworks. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) is highly desirable. ServiceNow Administrator certification (or equivalent ITAM certifications). Experience in ServiceNow development or integrations with systems such as endpoint management, CI discovery, or access control tools is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Compensation And Benefits
