Job Overview

Develop, maintain, and monitor project budgets and forecasts. Track and analyze project costs. Prepare monthly financial reports with variance analysis. Ensure timely entry of invoices, change orders, and purchase orders. Assist with cost-to-complete reporting, cash flow projections, and schedule of values. Maintain audit documentation. Support budget setup, coding, and cost control best practices. Participate in kickoff and closeout meetings. Assist with billing cycles and progress payment applications. Identify risks and recommend to management. Ensure compliance with internal controls and audits. Reconcile records with general ledger. Support financial planning discussions. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or related field. 3–5 years in financial project control, cost analysis, or project accounting in construction. Experience with ERP or project accounting software (Procore, Viewpoint, Sage 300 CRE). Strong construction cost control, budgeting, and financial analysis skills. Advanced Excel proficiency and data analytics/reporting tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Certifications
PMP, CMA, or construction accounting certifications. Physical & Working Environment
Ability to sit for long periods (8–10 hours). Primarily office setting with some travel. Standard business hours with flexibility. How to Apply
