Network Engineer - CUCM 2nd/3rd Shift

Two positions open. This is a remote-friendly role supporting Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) and related VOIP technologies. You will be part of a team of Tier 3 Customer Support Engineers focused on critical network issues and high-level troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
Provide high-level troubleshooting for CUCM, SIP, gateways, and multi-vendor integrations.
Read and trace CUCM logs, perform administration and operations support (break/fix).
Interact with customers via phone, chat, and email; manage a caseload with high technical expectations; work on backlog items and in a virtual lab to derive troubleshooting steps.
Collaborate with engineers across shifts to resolve critical network issues.
Work 2nd or 3rd shift EST (4pm–Midnight or Midnight–8:00am).
Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Call Manager (CUCM): reading/tracing logs, administration, and operations support (break/fix).
Hands-on experience with SIP and Gateways.
Strong communication and customer-service skills for technical and non-technical customers.
Nice to have: CCNP certs; Webex, UCCE, other VOIP technologies; knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
Experience level: Intermediate.
Pay and Benefits Pay range: $50.00 - $55.00/hr. This is a fully remote position. Benefits eligibility varies by role and location; typical offerings include Medical, Dental & Vision; 401(k); Life Insurance; Disability; HSA; PTO/Vacation/Sick Leave, and more.
