Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Experience: 0–3 years
Responsibilities:
Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and motions in personal injury cases
Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
Handle depositions, client meetings, and court appearances (with mentorship from senior attorneys)
Support trials and settlement negotiations
Manage caseload effectively to meet 1,900 annual billable hours
Mid‑Level Attorneys – Trucking / Insurance Defense (3+ Years)
Experience: 3+ years in trucking litigation and/or insurance defense
Responsibilities:
Manage trucking and insurance defense litigation files independently
Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and appear in court
Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery
Develop case strategies and advise clients on litigation risks
Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials as first or second chair
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for these positions is between $95,000 – $150,000+ annually.
Factors which may affect pay within these ranges include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
