Lewis Brisbois
The Los Angeles, CA office of Lewis Brisbois, a full‑service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Conflicts Attorney to work in the Conflicts Department within the Office of General Counsel. The incumbent will review conflict check reports, identify, advise, analyze and resolve potential conflicts of interest, and work directly with attorneys to clear conflicts related to the hiring of new partners, associates, paralegals and other firm hires. The position ensures new hires are compliant with the firm’s conflicts and risk‑management policies and procedures. There are no billable‑hour requirements for this role.

Qualifications
Juris Doctorate degree (JD) and active membership in the State of California Bar, in good standing.
At least 3 to 10 years of experience as a lateral conflicts attorney in a large law firm, or at least 3 years as a general conflicts attorney with 1 year of cumulative experience related to the clearance of lateral hires.
Familiarity with the Rules of Professional Conduct.
Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive data; excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Close attention to detail, collaborative team member, self‑motivated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Experience with LawTime and/or Aderant is preferred.
Salary USD $110,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year.
