Position:
Full Time (40 hours/week) Member Service Representative III Location:
Sparta Office As the Member Service Representative III your responsibilities will be: Open and service a variety of accounts including: Personal savings and checking, business, trust, estate, representative payee, guardian, custodial, and IRA accounts. Handle decedent accounts per established procedures Educate members about credit union products and services tailored to their needs Support and guide other Member Service Representatives when needed Your Skills & Experience: 2 years of financial experience required Proven sales experience We Support Your Well-Being: Health, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary coverage options for accident, critical illness, and cancer 401K plan with matching (up to 5%) Life insurance, long-term disability coverage, paid holidays and educational reimbursement.
