Job Description and Responsibilities
The University of Toledo Judith Herb College of Education is seeking to hire an assistant professor of special education with teaching strengths in graduate instruction for advanced professionals in special education. The successful candidate will: teach courses in special education participate in course assessment and revision maintain currency in special education theory and research and professional organizations establish and maintain professional relationships and actively pursue external funding in the field Application materials include a cover letter, curriculum vitae, and contact information for three references. Minimum Qualifications
Required qualifications include: a doctoral degree in special education, curriculum and instruction or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in the field of special education and with university teaching and online platforms is preferred.
