Church Mission Statement Making disciples who make disciples Purpose: The role of the Blackhawk Kids Director is to provide leadership,development, and direction for the Kids leaders and volunteers as itpertains to the vision, mission, and strategy of all environments ofBlackhawk Ministries. The Kids Director provides direct oversight to allChildren’s Ministries (birth – 4th grade), which includes Sunday morningChildren’s Ministry programs for both worship service times andChildren’s Ministry-related events outside of Sunday morning.
