DISCLOSURE - MULTI-EMPLOYER ROLE: This W-2 hourly Certified Peer Recovery Specialist position spans three affiliated organizations under shared leadership: • Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center, LLC • Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program • Beacon Co-Living, LLC You will maintain separate W-2 employment relationships with each organization and will receive individual payroll compensation from each entity based on the time worked and services provided for their respective programs. You will be an official employee of all three companies, with hours, responsibilities, and compliance obligations tracked separately for each. This role is structured as an up to 40-hour per week position, with approximately 16 hours allocated to Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center, LLC, 16 hours to Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program, and 8 hours to Beacon Co-Living, LLC. Day-to-day supervision and scheduling are coordinated centrally to support integrated care, but each employer will manage its own onboarding, HR, and compliance processes in accordance with applicable laws and policies. Client Service Location Expectations: This position is based on-site at Beacon Co-Living, LLC. All services are delivered in person at this location. The staff member is expected to be present on-site during scheduled shifts, provide support within the residence, and ensure documentation and responsibilities are completed in alignment with program protocols. Remote work or off-site service delivery is not applicable. Caseload Makeup: The assigned caseload consists of twenty-one (21) Category A clients who reside in the community and may be serviced at 3310 Eastern Avenue, Baltimore, MD, or in the community meeting room of Beacon Co-Living, LLC. Operations Classification: This is a full-time, W-2 employee position totaling 40 hours per week, with hours allocated across three affiliated organizations as follows: Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center (LHBHC): approximately 16 hours per week (40% of total) Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program: approximately 16 hours per week (40% of total) Beacon Co-Living, LLC: approximately 8 hours per week (20% of total) Although each assignment is part-time per entity, the combined total constitutes a full-time role across the organization network. Work Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (on-site). Compensation Range: $15.00 to $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, credentials, and budget. 5% of the time. No additional travel compensation. General Duties and Responsibilities: Assist supervisor with work-related requests. Collaborate with external treatment providers and outside agencies as needed. Follow regulations of COMAR, CARF, and other regulatory bodies, and document accordingly; co-facilitate onboarding. Support a safe environment by participating in training and drills. Maintain client confidentiality of records related to treatment. Participate in external and internal audits/surveys (CARF/CSA/OHCQ) as directed. Contribute to quality assurance and performance improvement plans to ensure regulatory compliance and improve service delivery. Physical Demands:

Qualifications (Level of Education / Training / Qualifications)

High school diploma or GED required

Maryland CPRS credential required; lived recovery experience required

1 year of behavioral health or related experience preferred

Background check and onboarding; CPR/First Aid within 30 days

Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Documentation proficiency in PRP/CPRS service codes
