DISCLOSURE - MULTI-EMPLOYER ROLE: This W-2 hourly Certified Peer Recovery Specialist position includes responsibilities across three affiliated organizations under shared leadership. You will maintain separate W-2 employment relationships with each organization and will receive payroll compensation from each entity based on time worked and services provided for their programs. You will be an official employee of all three companies with hours, responsibilities, and compliance obligations tracked separately for each. This role is up to 40 hours per week, allocated as follows: approximately 16 hours at Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center, LLC; 16 hours at Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program; and 8 hours at HolBrock Estates Supportive Housing Programs. Day-to-day supervision and scheduling are coordinated centrally to support integrated care, while onboarding, HR, and compliance are managed by each employer in accordance with applicable laws and policies. This position is based on-site at the HolBrock Estates supportive housing program located at 1638 Ruxton Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21216. All services are delivered in person at this location. Remote work is not applicable. Caseload and Division

Division: Operations Classification: This is a full-time, W-2 employee position totaling 40 hours per week, with hours allocated across three affiliated organizations as follows: HolBrock Estates at 1638 Ruxton Avenue, LLC: approximately 8 hours per week (20% of total weekly hours) Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (CWPRP): approximately 16 hours per week (40% of total weekly hours) Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center (LHBHC): approximately 16 hours per week (40% of total weekly hours) Combined, the assignments constitute a full-time role across the organization network. Work Schedule and Compensation

Work Schedule: Every Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Compensation range: $25.00 to $15.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Anticipated travel: 5% of the time (no additional travel compensation). General Duties and Responsibilities

Assist supervisor with work-related requests and coordinate with external treatment providers and outside agencies as needed. Adhere to COMAR, CARF, and other regulatory bodies or company policies related to service delivery and documentation; assist with onboarding of new hires to these standards. Maintain a safe environment through training and drills; maintain client confidentiality; participate in audits and quality improvement activities as directed. Frequent lifting, bending, walking, standing; ability to lift up to 40 lbs; use of PPE as required. Licensed assisted living home environment; close interaction with residents with physical or cognitive decline; high-contact, hands-on caregiving with regulated standards and documentation. Classification: Part-time, ~16 hours/week (40% of total weekly hours) Accountable to: Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist (Operations Manager 3) Accountable for: Delivering skill-building and community support services per individualized rehabilitation plans; documentation per IRP; offering direct support to promote client independence. Alternate title: Direct Care Professional Company: HolBrock Estates at 1638 Ruxton Avenue, LLC Summary: Direct Care Professional provides essential daily care, medication support, and supervision; role combines CMT, personal care aide, and household support tasks under day and night shift supervision. Responsibilities include resident personal care, meal service, ADLs, medication administration with MARs, documentation, shift handoffs, and communication with multidisciplinary team.
