UNC Urgent Care at Pittsboro, located in Pittsboro, NC has an opening for a full time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) OR Physician Assistant (PA). The provider is part of an interdisciplinary team and responsible for treating episodic illnesses, minor injuries, and providing occupational health services and exams.
Responsibilities

Completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Minimum one year APP experience working in an acute care, primary care, urgent care, or emergency room setting required NC Licensure or ability to obtain Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with team members The ability to work in a fast-paced environment Required procedures: Suturing, splinting DOT Certification Knowledge of OSHA recordables preferred, but not required Clinic Schedule
8am to 8pm - Sunday - Saturday Plus, weekends and holidays Flexible, Fulltime Schedule About UNC Physicians Network
