About the Role The Trainer / Instructor plays a critical role in building and delivering high-quality operational training programs that ensure staff readiness, compliance, and safety. This position will
design, develop, and deliver
training programs from the ground up—integrating new learning content into the Learning Management System (LMS), implementing partner-mandated standards, and ensuring all personnel meet the required operational and safety expectations.
The Trainer / Instructor will own the implementation and ongoing management of the
Train-the-Trainer (TTT)
program and collaborate closely with the Safety & Compliance Lead and central operations teams to maintain a culture of continuous learning, operational excellence, and compliance.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Miami, Florida. Remote work is not available for this role due to its hands-on operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop
comprehensive training programs and materials from scratch, aligned with operational, safety, and compliance standards.
Create and manage
new learning content within the company’s LMS, ensuring it is accessible, clear, and engaging for all staff.
Implement and maintain
the partner’s Train-the-Trainer (TTT) program to ensure consistent, high-quality instruction.
Coordinate and deliver
both classroom and 1-on-1 hands-on training across all operational functions.
Continuously evaluate
training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance data; drive measurable program improvements.
Collaborate
with Safety & Compliance Lead, Operations Managers, and central support teams to align training initiatives with operational objectives across all operational lines.
Support onboarding and certification
processes for new hires to ensure role readiness.
Take initiative on new training-related projects —building new modules, piloting programs, and scaling training for new markets.
Track and enforce compliance
with all required certifications, retraining cadence, and partner standards.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree, or in lieu of a degree,
4+ years of experience
in AV operations, fleet management, or training.
Proven experience
building for adult learners training programs from the ground up , including
LMS content creation, job aids, and deployment .
Strong understanding of
safety, compliance, and operational training frameworks .
ATD certification or equivalent
(preferred)
Excellent
communication skills
with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Demonstrated experience
leading classroom and field training sessions
and managing certification processes.
Exceptional
organizational and analytical skills
to assess training needs, track progress, close performance gaps, and maintain multiple projects at a time.
Ability to
work flexibly , including outside of standard business hours as needed to support operations.
Growth mindset and ability to
adapt quickly
in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Must demonstrate proficiency in operating a vehicle with a clean driving record.
Experience with Google Workspace
This position may require working
morning, evening, or overnight shifts — including weekends and holidays
— based on operational needs.
Must possess a valid driver’s license in the state of employment.
Applicants must be authorized to work and reside in the United States.
