Position Qualifications:License/Certification/Education: Experience/Skills: 1. Minimum of 2-4 years of related Administrative Assistance experience is required2. Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills. 3. Strong organizational and time management skills in order to meet deadlines. 1. Executive level Administrative Assistance experience is preferred. 2. Experience and/or training in general office procedures 3. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 4. Exhibits strong organizational and time management skills. 5. Problem solving skills.7. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload8. Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism 9. Ability to maintain confidentiality10. Thorough knowledge of office systems, office management and computer literacy including Microsoft Systems and Electronic Health Records. 11. Proficiency in English, verbal and writtenUnless certification, licensure or registration is required, an equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed in this description may be substituted for the above requirements.Department-specific competencies and their measurements will be developed and maintained in the individual departments. The competencies will be maintained and attached to the departmental job description.
