Valet Parking Attendants provide valet parking services, creating an outstanding customer service experience for all guests. Responsibilities include greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, opening doors, and providing information and directions. Vehicles should be driven courteously, safely, and efficiently according to company standards. Valets must also demonstrate kindness, empathy, and patience. The
Doorman
position involves greeting residents and guests, managing food deliveries, assisting with loading and unloading vehicles, and delivering the Five Star Valet Service Promise. Qualifications
Driver's license for 4+ years High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, excellent driving record, pass background and DMV checks Clear and professional communication in English Smart mobile phone with internet and email access Physical Requirements
Ability to run or jog to work assignments Stand for long periods (5-6 hours) Bend, squat, lift, push, and carry up to 50 pounds Work in all weather conditions Manual transmission experience is a plus Grooming Standards
No visible tattoos (must be covered) Well-groomed hair, no extreme styles No visible piercings or earrings for males No beards; neat mustaches Skills
Responsible and safe driving Kind and empathetic communication Guest needs anticipation Organization and judgment skills Maintaining confidentiality and security Teamwork and minimal supervision About Our Company
