Overview
Kona Medical Consulting is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Grand Blanc, Michigan. The BCBA will design and oversee individualized ABA programs, collaborate closely with families, and provide clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavioral Technicians (BTs). Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIP’s). Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support for RBTs, BTs, and clinical staff. Collect, analyze, and review client data to guide decision-making. Collaborate with families to ensure consistency across home and other environments. Ensure services align with BACB ethical guidelines and insurance requirements. Participate in team meetings, clinical reviews, and professional development. Pay Range and Benefits
Base pay range: $69,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr. This range is provided by Kona Medical Consulting. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Benefits
