Position Summary The Membership Concierge I delivers the highest quality customer service to all members and guests. As the first point of contact, you will ensure that everyone who visits Life Time feels welcomed and valued. In this role you will work in a fun and healthy environment, building value‑based relationships that increase member loyalty and help them meet their health and fitness goals.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Operate as the first point of contact for members and guests
Receive and facilitate incoming phone calls from members and guests
Maintain updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests on club programming, events, pricing, and policies
Exemplify a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
Assist members with transactions and general account changes
Position Requirements
Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
Complete Concierge Certification upon hire
Work a minimum of 15 hours per week
Commitment to serve others
Effective communication skills
Passion for living a healthy way of life
Ability to multi‑task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast‑paced environment
Good verbal communication skills
Stand for 4 hours at a time
Preferred Requirements
HS graduate or equivalent
Pay This is an hourly position with wages starting at $16.50 and paying up to $19.50, based on experience and qualifications.
