The Rental Inside Sales Representative
is responsible for providing sales of machinery and heavy equipment rentals to customers. Responsibilities include: Primary customer contact at branch Assist customers (over the phone and walk-ins) to determine appropriate rental equipment needs Assist Outside Sales Representatives to complete rental orders Dispatch haul trucks Utilize all available tools and resources to fulfill customer orders Position requirements: College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or other related field Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements Professional communication skills: verbal, written, phone, email, in-person Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications Strongly preferred experience: Bilingual English/Spanish Knowledge of CAT equipment Understanding of rental equipment application by our customers #mustangcareers Mustang Cat is a licensed Caterpillar dealer that provides new and used construction equipment, machinery, power systems, rentals, servicing, and more.
