As a Product Support Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing lasting parts and service relationships with Mustang's Power Systems Electric Power Generation (EPG) customers.

Responsibilities include: Establish and grow new customer accounts Understand and demonstrate the key differentiators that Mustang Cat has to offer Meet and exceed strategic sales goals Utilize CRM system to manage customer relationships Develop strong customer relationships Respond quickly to leads and qualify customers Develop annual business plans, master service agreements, quotes, and other proposals as needed Meet set requirements for continued professional development Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technical, Engineering or other related field Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements Minimum of 2 years in the Electric Power Generation (EPG) industry Demonstrated ability to strategically attack a defined sales territory Strong technical understanding of generators, power systems, and related electrical/mechanical components Professional communication skills: verbal, written, phone, email, in-person Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications, and CRM software (Salesforce) Effective problem-solving skills and ability to "think on your feet" Strong desire to win Strongly preferred experience: Knowledge of CAT equipment Mustang Cat is a licensed Caterpillar dealer that provides new and used construction equipment, machinery, power systems, rentals, servicing, and more.
