Overview
This position is responsible for the overall supervision of casino table gaming activities and employees on an assigned shift to ensure that gaming regulations are observed and to protect the security and integrity of the games. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. - Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity). Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Train, motivate, and supervise games staff in order to ensure that team members receive adequate guidance and resources to accomplish established department standards. Open and close games in a manner that provides optimal labor efficiency and customer service. Report any suspected irregular or illegal gaming practices to the Security/Surveillance Department and Director of Gaming Operations to ensure that gaming policies and regulations are observed at all times. Monitor security of bankrolls at all table gaming locations to ensure proper accounting of bankrolls. Ensure all reports or monetary paperwork are accurate, signed and sent to appropriate recipients. Communicate with hosts any of the guests needs and follow through when guest is waiting for a response. Mentor and coach floor supervisors. Be available to assist with maintaining equipment and any floor/table maintenance. Monitor and maintain card and dice inventory and ensure these controls are being followed on a daily basis. Supervisory Responsibilities
Ability to use all equipment associated with the position, including but not limited to computer keyboard. Must be able to review and comprehend all necessary documentation. Ability to observe and direct actions of subordinates. Ability to communicate effectively at all times, with customers as well as all levels of employees. Ability to effectively and efficiently move around work area. This position spends the majority of shift on the casino floor, and is subject to varying levels of crowds, noise levels, and smoke, the severity of which depends upon customer volume. Qualifications
Complete knowledge of all table games on the casino floor, including rules, cheating methods, etc. Knowledge of Casino Marketing practices helpful, but not required. Basic mathematical skills required. These skills and abilities are typically acquired through the completion of a high school degree or equivalent, as well as through a minimum of five years progressively responsible gaming experience, with at least three years in a gaming supervisory capacity. Communicate with all levels of employees. Identify different denominations of gaming chips and currency and to count and stack chips and currency. Is proficient on the Pencil. Print and write legibly. Maintain confidentiality. Work as a team. Effective communication skills. Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor. Must be available for various shifts including early morning, late nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours. Team Player with a guest first attitude. Minimum age of 21 years old. Please note: This position requires a gaming license by the Nevada Gaming Control Board. Education and/or Experience

Must be able to speak and understand English. Physical Demands
Ability to move throughout the hotel (standing, walking, kneeling, and bending) for extended periods of time. Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Ability to express or exchange ideas verbally and perceive sound by ear. Ability to regularly move objects (lift, push, pull, balance, carry) up to 50 pounds. Constantly walking up to distances of 500 ft. during shift. Frequently stooping, reaching. Work Environment
Work performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment. There are occasional hot and cold temperature changes. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to a smoke-filled environment. Work with others in close spaces. Moderate to high noise levels.
