In this leadership role, you will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout guest rooms and public spaces, reflecting the elegance and sophistication synonymous with our brand. You will lead and inspire the housekeeping team, oversee daily operations, and conduct detailed inspections to maintain Forbes-rated service standards. Collaborating with Front Office and Engineering, you will help deliver a seamless and elevated guest experience. WAGE INFORMATION: The starting hourly rate for this position is $27.75. This reflects the competitive compensation expected at Park Hyatt Chicago. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a luxury housekeeping environment. Ability to work effectively in both unionized and non-union settings. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Exceptional communication and guest service orientation. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Technical proficiency with cleaning equipment, chemicals, and luxury hospitality standards. Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness, presentation, and room readiness. Physical capability to lift, push, and pull moderate weights; ability to stand for an 8-hour shift. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
