As Assistant Front Office Manager, you’ll help manage operations with precision and care, ensuring our guests receive impeccable service while keeping our performance sharply tuned to achieve profitability goals. Key Responsibilities
Maintain a keen eye on both daily revenue and expenses, steering towards minimizing loss and maximizing profit with strategic finesse.
In collaboration with the Front Office Manager, ensure the Front Office operations are seamless and the guests’ needs are met with style and efficiency.
Empower and elevate your team, fostering an environment that attracts the best talent, encourages learning, and nurtures advancement.
Step up as the Manager on Duty when the spotlight calls for leadership.
Who You Are A leader with a robust background in hospitality, equipped with a mix of discipline-specific knowledge and supervisory prowess. Excellent communication skills in English (with a second language as a plus) should be in your toolkit, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment. A four-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience sets the stage, supplemented by at least two to three years in a hotel management or supervisory role.
