We are experienced in all areas of the fire protection field including 3D design, fabrication, installation of fire sprinkler systems, maintenance and repair and project management. The Fire Protection Inspector will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and maintaining fire protection systems, including sprinklers, fire suppression systems and fire alarms. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with expertise in fire safety standards and regulations to ensure the highest level of protection for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough inspections and tests of fire sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems and fire suppression systems to ensure compliance with NFPA standards and local fire codes. Identify and address any deficiencies or potential hazards in fire protection systems. Document inspection results, including discrepancies and corrective actions, in detailed reports. Coordinate with technicians and service teams to perform necessary repairs or maintenance. Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance service quality. Provide guidance and recommendations to clients on improving fire safety measures. Assist in fire safety audits and prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies. Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and maintenance activities. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or formal training in fire safety or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in fire protection inspection, particularly with sprinkler and fire alarm systems. In-depth knowledge of NFPA standards, local fire codes, and fire protection system components. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in identifying issues and implementing solutions. Proficiency in using inspection and reporting software, as well as standard office applications. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various client sites as needed.
