Assistant Store Manager
- Favorite Daughter, Madison Avenue store opening. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated leader to help bring the brand to life and deliver an unforgettable shopping experience. About Us: Meet your closet’s newest favorites—Favorite Daughter. Founded by sisters Sara and Erin Foster, our casually cool collection of wardrobe essentials has become a go-to for women seeking style with substance. As we open our newest boutique on Madison Avenue, we’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help bring the brand to life. Key Responsibilities
Drive Sales & Customer Experience Support in achieving (and exceeding) sales goals and KPIs. Lead by example on the sales floor, providing styling, clienteling, and customer outreach. Ensure every customer receives exceptional service and experiences the Favorite Daughter brand at its best. Team Support & Development Assist in training, coaching, and motivating sales associates to reach individual and team goals. Provide real-time feedback and recognition to keep the team engaged and inspired. Step into leadership responsibilities when the Store Manager is not present. Operational Excellence Help maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect the Favorite Daughter aesthetic. Support in managing stock flow, inventory accuracy, and store organization. Uphold operational processes, policies, and loss prevention standards. Best Fit & Qualifications
2–3+ years of retail management or supervisory experience, preferably in a customer service–focused environment. Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach. Proven ability to drive sales through customer engagement and team motivation. Passion for fashion, styling, and delivering elevated customer experiences. Comfortable with POS systems and basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word). Compensation & Benefits
