Founded by sisters Sara and Erin Foster, our casually cool collection of wardrobe essentials has become a go-to for women seeking style with substance. Now, as we open our newest boutique on Madison Avenue, we’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to bring the brand to life and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership Drive store sales and consistently achieve (and exceed) KPIs. Analyze selling reports, identify trends, and react quickly to business needs. Partner with the corporate team to plan and execute events that increase traffic and sales. Team Development & Leadership Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team that embodies the Favorite Daughter brand. Set clear goals, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and recognize team achievements. Develop internal talent and build a strong pipeline for future leadership roles. Customer Experience Foster a service-first environment where every customer feels like a valued guest. Lead by example on the sales floor with strong clienteling, styling, and outreach. Ensure the team communicates brand history, philosophy, and product knowledge with confidence and authenticity. Operations & Standards Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, security, loss prevention, and compliance. Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and ensure the store reflects the Favorite Daughter brand aesthetic. Monitor product flow, conduct inventory audits, and collaborate with corporate partners to optimize stock levels. Qualifications
Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have 5+ years of retail management experience, ideally in a customer service–focused environment. Proven success in driving sales and achieving business results. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). A natural passion for fashion, styling, and delivering exceptional customer service. Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $85,000+ Competitive benefits package Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding fashion brand At Centric Brands, we believe our people are our greatest asset, and we seek to structure competitive compensation offers to ensure that we are able to attract and retain the best talent. Our job postings include a base hourly range at the time of employment. The stated base hourly range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
