Overview
The Professor of Practice will be expected primarily to teach graduate level tax classes to LL.M. and S.J.D. students as part of UF Law's Graduate Tax Program. This 9-month, non-tenure track position will require ongoing professional engagement in taxation, including maintaining professional credentials, and contributions to teaching, research, and service. J.D. or LL.B. degree from an accredited law school. Significant legal experience in the field of taxation with a national or international record of distinction in non-academic achievement. Demonstrated applied and practical professional experience in taxation. Preferred: tax LL.M. degree. Appointment details
9-month, non-tenure track appointment. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Start dates may include Spring 2026 or Fall 2026 semesters; the start date for Spring 2026 is the beginning of January, and the start date for Fall 2026 is mid-August. Application process
