1-2 年 F&B 行业经验,且有 1 年以上独立值班管理经验;有麦当劳(McDonald’s)、肯德基(KFC)等大型连锁餐厅值班经验者优先; 热爱 F&B 行业,学习能力强,具备上进心与责任心,能承担门店管理压力; 擅长店面值班统筹与团队领导,能带动团队达成运营 KPI。 【What You Will Do】

Oversee daily shift management of the restaurant, ensure compliant and efficient operations, and handle unexpected issues during shifts. Develop and implement staff training plans to enhance team efficiency and standardized operation standards. Coordinate inspection, tracking and feedback of the restaurant’s daily work, strictly control costs to boost profits, and ensure stable and smooth operations. Maintain customer relationships, respond promptly to customer needs and feedback, and sustain high customer satisfaction. 【What You Will Get】

1-2 years of experience in the F&B industry, with over 1 year of independent shift management experience; preference given to candidates with shift management experience in large chain restaurants like McDonald’s, KFC. Passionate about the F&B industry, strong learning ability, self-motivated and responsible, able to take on store management pressure. Proficient in in-store shift coordination and team leadership, able to drive the team to meet operational KPI.
