Lifeguard and Aquatics Instructors
for their CRH Aquatics department. The role involves providing lifeguarding, water exercise class instruction, adapted swim lessons, and performing Aquatic Center duties. Responsibilities include managing equipment, supplies, maintaining the aquatic environment, and coordinating volunteers and community outreach programs. Key responsibilities: Under the supervision of a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS/RTC), provide basic recreation therapy activities to patients. Collaborate with staff to enhance the transdisciplinary rehabilitation model across the continuum. Qualifications

Minimum:
Lifeguarding certification or eligibility to attend and complete training within two weeks of hire, with certification documentation provided within two weeks. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Preferred:
Current CA driver's license. Technical Requirements
