Santa Barbara County, California . This role offers an opportunity to join a well-established independent practice in partnership with a local hospital and Cancer Center. Leverage the advantages of resources while retaining the flexibility to develop a distinct brand identity within a reputable private practice. The successful candidate will work closely with the multidisciplinary team at the hospital and Cancer Center, specifically focusing on aesthetic and reconstructive surgery with the opportunity for hand surgery if desired, offering integrative and compassionate care with access to state-of-the-art treatments and technologies. Key Responsibilities Collaborate
with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care Partner with patients
to conduct thorough patient consultations, evaluations, and treatment planning Develop and implement
personalized surgical plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes Ensure patient safety and satisfaction:
provide perioperative and post-operative care and follow-up, upholding rigorous safety standards Communicate effectively
with patients, helping them understand their options and expected outcomes Be a lifelong learner:
