School Bus Driver - No Exp Needed - Training Provided at National Express LTD. Hiring Immediately – No Experience Necessary – Training Provided. Starting pay rate: $22.55-$27.15 per hour. Sign-on bonus: Up to $1,500.00 (must be fully licensed).

Responsibilities
Provides safe and reliable transportation by operating a school bus or other vehicle with a fixed or changing route.
Maintains high ethical standards and personal integrity; reports concerns about suspicious or inappropriate behavior.
Reports for duty on time and maintains the route in a safe, timely manner.
Physically assists passengers in evacuation in case of emergency.
Immediately reports any accident or incident per Company policy.
Follows Company policy on student and/or passenger management.
Informs appropriate personnel of problems or procedures.
Presents a neat and professional appearance at all times.
Completes required paperwork (route change sheets, time cards, vehicle repair requests) timely.
Maintains cooperative relationships with coworkers, supervisors, customers, and passengers to promote goodwill.
Safely uses vehicle equipment, including wheelchair lifts, radios, and emergency equipment.
Performs other duties as assigned. Paratransit drivers may have additional responsibilities per location.
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years old; for Tennessee, at least 25 years old per state law.
Must possess, or be able to obtain, all valid applicable state licenses and required certifications to operate company vehicles.
Must meet physical and medical requirements and pass substance abuse screening; as a safety-sensitive employee, will be subject to random substance abuse screening per policy.
Must satisfactorily complete and pass all training.
Defensive driving ability and commitment to safe driving and work habits.
Compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and contract-specific driver requirements.
