Asakura Robinson is seeking a mid-level landscape designer to join our team with a focus on community-based and public-facing projects. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, mission-driven designer who demonstrates strong design acumen, solid technical skills, and a deep interest in working with historically underserved communities and sustainable environmental and social ecosystems. reliable, flexible, and resourceful Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in landscape architecture or related field 3–6 years of professional experience in landscape architecture Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software (SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, etc.) Strong graphic communication and conceptual design skills Strong knowledge of horticulture, permaculture, and plant community Strong knowledge of LID, green and blue infrastructure Working knowledge of landscape design and construction; technically proficient with experience in construction documentation and detailing Experience in community engagement, participatory design, or public realm projects is a strong plus Experience in project management Experience in public presentations and interviews Licensure or on track for licensure is desirable Additional Desired Skills
Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM), Bluebeam, and GIS mapping Fluency in written and spoken English is required Why Join Us?
