At RES, we're looking for purpose‑driven individuals who are passionate about restoration and sustainability, and who want their work to make a lasting environmental impact. Our team members go above and beyond, bringing initiative, integrity, and a strong work ethic to every project. Collaboration is key—we thrive on teamwork, open communication, and diverse perspectives. In a field that constantly changes, we value those who are resilient, adaptable, and resourceful in the face of challenges. If you're intellectually curious, eager to learn, and ready to help restore ecosystems and protect natural resources, you'll find your place here.

As a Landscape Architect at RES, you will lead and support the design, planning, and execution of innovative ecological restoration and land development projects. You'll combine technical expertise with creative design to transform landscapes in ways that meet environmental, client, and community goals.

Why You'll Love This Job

You'll get to shape projects that balance ecology, design, and function — making a visible impact on communities and natural systems.

You'll collaborate daily with ecologists, engineers, and project managers on diverse, multidisciplinary projects.

You'll contribute to a team culture that values creativity, problem‑solving, and professional growth.

You'll have opportunities to meet clients, manage projects, and bring innovative solutions from concept through construction.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like You'll participate in the design process, prepare site plans, drawings, and specifications, and oversee the development of construction documents. You'll visit project sites to inspect work, ensure compliance with specifications, and provide input during construction. You'll prepare cost estimates, contribute to proposals and contracts, and support marketing and business development efforts.

Collaboration will be central: you'll coordinate with other design professionals inside and outside RES, work directly with clients, and support project managers with successful project delivery. You may also contribute to construction projects or other assignments that leverage your expertise.
