Client Success Manager I (Digital)

to join our team. In this role, you’ll support our lower-tier clients through a one to many engagement model, helping them maximize the value of their Luxury Presence websites and platform. You’ll educate clients on SEO and digital marketing best practices, drive product adoption, and proactively identify opportunities for growth and expansion. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in client education, digital strategy, and delivering value at scale through calls, campaigns, and webinars. Essential Functions

Client Engagement & Strategy : Lead website check-ins and strategy calls at a high volume to help clients improve performance and online presence Education & Adoption : Teach clients SEO, digital marketing best practices, and Luxury Presence platform features, while driving adoption through campaigns, in-app engagement, and webinars Growth Opportunities : Identify upsell opportunities and hand off seamlessly to Sales Collaboration : Partner with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client deliverables and a smooth client experience Insights & Retention : Monitor client activity, share insights, and recommend strategies to improve engagement and retention Requirements

1+ years in Customer Success or another client-facing role 2+ years in software implementation, campaign execution, or creative operations Working knowledge of SEO, social media, content marketing, and/or paid media Proven ability to use data and analytics to drive success Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a client-first mindset Preferred Qualities

Skilled at navigating complex client situations with professionalism Flexible and resourceful in meeting changing client needs A problem-solver who removes roadblocks for clients and teammates Collaborative, positive, and motivated to help clients succeed The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000 a year, plus 20% performance bonus + stock options + full benefits.
